Richtech Robotics, which specializes in AI-driven service robots, installed its first ADAM robot bartender at the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field. This installation is the 10th one of ADAM and is part of the Paradise, Nev.-based company’s strategy for more personalized hospitality experiences.

“ADAM has skyrocketed in popularity over the last few months after a successful debut of advanced AI features at CES 2024, and we’re excited to continue the momentum with the addition of ADAM to the famed Globe Life Field,” said Matt Casella, president at Richtech Robotics. “We’re constantly advancing ADAM’s technology to bring exceptional, engaging, and fluid interaction with customers and colleagues across industries, and we look forward to seeing a new audience interact with our leading robot.”

The service robot, equipped with artificial intelligence and capable of lifelike movement, will modernize the bartending experience for fans at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, according to Richtech. It said the robot’s ability to interact with customers and prepare a variety of drinks will enhance the overall atmosphere and provide a unique service.

The robot will reside within a stadium bar serving cocktails and mocktails alongside a team of human bartenders. Aside from offering fans a novel service option, ADAM can help alleviate wait times and workloads, especially on busy game days, said the company.

Casey Rapp, general manager at Globe Life Field for Delaware North, emphasized the robot’s potential to become a popular attraction and valuable stadium hospitality team member.

ADAM goes to work at Walmart

In addition, Richtech Robotics has announced the installation of its robot at a One Kitchen in a Walmart in Rockford, Ill. This expansion demonstrates the versatility and growing demand for ADAM’s services across various industries, it said.

The Walmart-based ADAM will only make coffee and boba tea-based drinks, leaving the alcohol-based mixing to its arena-based sibling.

As ADAM continues to make its mark in the hospitality industry, Richtech Robotics said it remains committed to providing innovative AI-based systems that enhance the guest experience. To learn more, listen to our interview with Casella on The Robot Report Podcast.

In June, Richtech also expanded its portfolio by deploying its news autonomous mobile robot, MedBot into a delivery function at a hospital.
