Globant and InOrbit.AI today announced a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating the adoption of robotics across industries, helping customers reimagine and optimize physical processes. Luxembourg-based Globant develops technologies to help its clients in the professional services sector.

Mountain View, Calif.-based InOrbit is a developer of robot operations (RobOps) software, which is a key pillar of Globant’s Robotics Studio. This studio, just one of the company‘s network of studios, aims to bridge the gap between the digital and physical worlds.

The companies said they can help companies take digital transformation to the next level through the use of robotics, artificial intelligence, and digital experiences.

“We are thrilled to partner with InOrbit to bring advanced RobOps solutions to our clients,” said Diego Tartara, global chief technology officer of Globant. “This collaboration represents a significant step forward in our mission to drive digital transformation and operational excellence with robotics.”

Globant has more than 29,100 employees and is present in 33 countries across five continents. It has worked with companies like Google, Electronic Arts, and Santander, among others. Globant asserted that it applies its AI experience to bridge the gap between businesses and consumers.

Globant adds orchestration, optimization to offerings

InOrbit said RobOps CoPilot, its multi-cloud platform enables efficient robot operations and provides observability. It does this through secure, real-time analytics and data collection, robot performance monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis.

“The evolution of digital transformation in the physical world is ‘software-defined X,’ where any physical task — X — from cleaning the floor at an airport terminal to delivering an item from one end of a warehouse to the other, can now be controlled through software,” said Florian Pestoni, founder and CEO of InOrbit.

“Globant’s expertise in digital transformation and global talent team perfectly complement InOrbit’s AI-powered orchestration and optimization of robots, processes, and people,” he added.

InOrbit also offers a Connect certification program. This program allows enterprise users across industries to orchestrate robots for multiple tasks and from multiple vendors to optimize productivity.

Meet with InOrbit at RoboBusiness
