Apple Releases New Mac Mini, Revamped iMac, & M4 MacBook Pro

M4 chips and new Macs

Apple has spent the last few days trickling releases of new Mac hardware, debuting a revamped iMac with an M4 chip and new colors, a redesigned Mac Mini that is smaller in size and now has an M4 chip, and the MacBook Pro lineup has been revamped with M4 processors as well. Each of the new Mac models supports Apple Intelligence, but you’ll have to update to MacOS Sequoia 15.1 when they arrive to get the AI features.

All of the new Mac models are available beginning November 8, and can be pre-ordered now. If you’ve been in the market for a new and powerful Mac, these new computers very well may interest you.

M4 iMac

Apple has spec-bumped the iMac lineup to now feature M4 processors. Additionally, all iMac models finally ship with 16GB RAM as their base, though Apple is continuing to offer 256GB storage on the base models. You can customize the M4 iMac with up to 32GB RAM as well as a glare-reducing nano-texture display.

The new iMac models also offer new shades of colors, including green, yellow, blue, red, orange, purple, and gray.

M4 Mac Mini

The all new Mac Mini has been redesigned to feature a notably smaller enclosure, and features the M4 chip as well. Additionally, the M4 Mac Mini also comes standard with 16GB RAM on the base models.

You can spec the Mac Mini with up to an M4 Pro processor and 64GB RAM if you’d like, and the different models offer different numbers of USB-C ports.

The M4 Mac Mini starts at $599.

M4 MacBook Pro

Last but certainly not least, Apple revamped the MacBook Pro lineup to have M4 chips, available with both the 14′ and 16″ models. 16GB RAM is now standard on the base models, and can be configured with an M4 Max processor supporting up to 128GB RAM. There are also improvements in battery life, brighter displays, and other typical spec bumps. The standard silver and black color options remain.
