If you’re experiencing issues when trying to access App Store Connect or Apple Podcasts Connect, it’s not just you. Apple has just confirmed that both platforms are experiencing outages and users may not be able to access them.
Some Apple services are currently down
The news was confirmed by Apple via its System Status webpage, which indicates when its online services are down. According to the company, the outages began around 3 PM PT and are still ongoing. In addition to App Store Connect and Apple Podcasts Connect, platforms such as Apple Business Manager and AppleCare are also down
“We are investigating and will update the status as more information becomes available,” the company said in a note. Services related to these platforms, such as the App Store Connect and TestFlight APIs, are also being affected.
There are no details about what is causing today’s outages and Apple hasn’t given an estimate of when the affected services will come back online. We’ll update this article once the outages have been resolved.
